Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least a 72-hour notce if you need to reschedule or cancel just know that if you cancel without rebooking a treatment I will charge 50% of the treatment cost. The 72 hour notice should gives me enough time to fill the slot. I will send a reminder text prior
to scheduled appointment. You are welcome to make changes at that time, so please Watch for texts from me/ glossgenius. *I will also charge a 100% of treatment fee on all no call no shows.*
I also understand that things/sickness always happen too and if I have to reschedule you due to my own personal situations I will give you a $10 discount on your next appointment!
